Since not everyone has treadmills, ellipticals, or exercise bikes in their homes, most of these workouts can be done without equipment.



To prevent injuries, it’s critical to warm up before the exercise and cool down afterward. Moreover, if you’ve never exercised before or you have health issues or concerns, it’s recommended that you consult your doctor before starting a new exercise plan.
